What if Canva could become one of your most versatile language teaching assistants?
In this interactive three-hour workshop, Noemí will explore how Canva can help language educators connect language and culture while creating visually engaging, culturally authentic, and interactive learning experiences.
Grounded in research-informed practices, participants will learn how to use Canva’s tools to:
🎨 Design visually engaging instructional materials
🌎 Incorporate culturally authentic content
💬 Create interactive language-learning activities
📝 Develop activities and assessments
🧠 Support language retention and student engagement
✨ Bring more creativity and innovation into the classroom
And this isn’t a sit-and-listen session! Participants will have dedicated time to explore Canva, create their own materials, and collaborate with fellow language educators, leaving with practical ideas they can put to work in their classrooms.
